HV Mini pleat filter is constructed of ultra-fine, moisture resistant and fire retardant fiber glass. Special hot melt separators ensure uniform airflow throughout the filter pack with minimum airflow resistance. Uniformly pleated space ensures maximum uilization of the media resulting in comparatively larger dust holding capacity.
The Mini-Pleat (V4-Bank) filters are light weight, easy to install and built with close pleat technology ensuring a large media area to efficiently remove contaminants from the air stream. The Mini-Pleat (V-bank) air filters are classified by Underwriters Laboratories as per UL Standard 900 Class2. In addition, the filters are tested for the Particle Efficiency according to Eurovent 4/9-1993 or ASHRAE 52.2 when the efficiency grade is below H10. H10 filters are tested for the MPPS efficiency.

The frames of our Mini-Pleat filters are available in galvanized steel and aluminum sheet construction, and the media is durable and moisture resistant up to 100percent relative humidity.  The V-bank design results in low resistance and reduced energy costs. 
The metal flange frame and filter body made of galvanized steel, which assurance of the filter won't be rotten under high temperature.
Robust construction makes the HV to be ideal choice in the tough environment and the case that the fan was closed frequently.
　

Application:
Larger variations are allowed in air flow and pressure drop without affecting filter performance and efficiency. It is ideal for HVAC constant volume applications.
