G4 primary filter:
The filtration media of G4 Primary Filter uses non-woven fabrics filtration media to laminate with metal stretched nets by hot melt adhesive.
With the support of the stretched nets, it can improve the dimension stability significantly.
After that, the laminated substrates will go for pleat process and will be fixed into aluminum alloy, galvanized or special paper frame.
The synthetic media displays great tensile strength, reducing the chance of damage during handling and operation.
The media is environment and user friendly: it does not contain any harsh or artificial colouring. It can therefore be readily disposed of by landfill or incineration.

G4 Nonwoven fabrics filters are used plastic coated steel reinforcement on both sides of the media.
Fine filter media for enhanced air handling capacity and lesser pressure drop.
On the air leaving side of the media pack a wiremesh pleat support grid maintains equidistant spacing between pleats, ensuring that dust is collected evenly over the entire surface of the media.
